Around-the-clock service


Whether you travel by car, bus or train, even the mere act of travelling through a magnificent landscape to your final destination will inspire you to leave your daily routines behind. Participants arriving by plane or train will be met at the airport / train station, where transport will be waiting to take them to your event.

Whatever venue you choose at the heart of the village for your opening reception – a riding hall, an old farmhouse or a historical sawmill – we will be there to welcome your participants, take care of the registration, provide them with information about the upcoming event and with welcome presents as well as with the necessary equipment for the following days’ events.

Participants are allocated rooms by drawing lots like in a tombola, and so it’s pure luck where they will be staying. We will then deliver their luggage to the various accommodations. The distribution of rooms can, of course, also be arranged in advance.

During the whole event our team is available via a 24-h hotline to solve any problems that might arise.
