The village brass band striking up a tune lends a festive air to the ceremony. Once the key has been handed over to you, all the clocks in the village will be set to the timeframe of your event. Before participants follow the village brass band in a torchlight procession and join the welcome party they will receive a welcome drink and take part in a group activity: the perfect start to any event if it is going to be a success!
