The big gala!


Evening programmes take place in a glass or art-nouveau marquee, in a circus tent or a special VIP tent – all of which come in various sizes and designs – in a tennis hall or at another location specially chosen and furnished for the event.

A presenter leads you through that evening’s festivities, your guests perform on stage and good-humouredly look back at the past year; musical interludes, international artists . . . From a whole multitude of options you can choose those that best suit your individual needs and wishes.

The village also caters to your guests with a whole variety of culinary delights, e.g. at the Wine Fest, in a mountain lodge or a purpose-converted tennis hall. Our chefs and their teams will surprise you with special regional food and produce, “flying buffets”, where delicious finger food is served on trays by waiters and waitresses, or with various other forms of catering during the breaks. Your programme and corporate design is strategically placed on the buffets, in ice sculptures or on dessert plates. Every detail counts if you want to convince your participants with a comprehensive event concept.
