In wine cellars and barns or in the inner courtyard of a wine-growing estate we set up large buffets with plenty of specialities, and during the gala evening you are entertained by live music. Regional artists and your participants take an active part in the programme. Maybe the proprietor of the venue will show up to tell you all about the history of his/her wine-growing estate and about the characteristics of the wine that you are enjoying at that moment.
Later, participants move on to the old vaults, which have been transformed into a pub or a bar, to party until closing time.
