Let everyone wind down and let your event gradually draw to a close. At a jazz brunch your participants have a final opportunity to talk about their impressions, further their contacts and say their individual farewells. In the meantime we will pick up their luggage from the various accommodations and take it to the village reception area. Now it’s time to distribute last-minute information, to reunite people with lost items and for everyone to get ready to depart.

Waiting times due to different departure times, e.g. to airports and train stations, can be cut short with a brunch and a wrap-up event. This means that nobody has to sit around, and your guests will be individually attended to until the end of their stay.

Before their departure you can surprise your participants one more time by presenting them with personalized DVDs containing videos and photos of the event: an ideal farewell present and a long-lasting remembrance of an unforgettable time.
